iron & air mag turns three

iron and air turns three

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Iron & Air Magazine. They turn three years old today.

Here’s a little blurb from their email, followed by a promo for $30 off a one year subscription:

Three years ago today, we huddled around Adam’s computer, so wide-eyed, having just put together our very first issue. None of us were born from publishing and we’d just built an entire magazine issue. Issue One.

Holy ****.

And then it was time. You know the time. It chases you around your apartment and stares you down like the phone call to the girl.

Will anyone buy a copy?
Will they like it?
Are we nuts?
Can we support our futures doing this?
Can we write worth a lick?

In case anyone’s wondering, yes, someone will buy a copy. In fact, I bought a year’s digital subscription, which looks GREAT on my iPad. Yes, I do like it, and I’m planning on renewing,  although I might ask the Iron & Air gents if they’d be so kind as to give me a free subscription. *wink wink*

The boys can write, they share cool stuff, and to get to the bottom of it, they’re running a $30 off promotion on their paper subscription – which I’m assuming is tall, dark, and handsome.

Head to shop.ironandair.com and enter code BIRTHDAY to get a years worth* of Iron & Air delivered to your door (includes digital) and we’ll whack $30 off during the next 24 hours…

Note: this seems to be on print subscriptions only, but if you’re already a print subscriber you’ll save on renewal.
