latest noobs and loudchrome.com

Yes, it says “chrome” in the subject above. I’d have named it something else but turning down money isn’t in my nature unless it’s gay ***. Thank *** I gave up heroin and crack. Anyway, my buddy Uwe, CEO of Cruiser Customizing, wants to get in on the blog thing. He’d like to see if I can create more interaction than he has with the members of his website, which is pretty good since he’s got a few hundred thousand of them.  He wants the new blog to promote his company and the products he sells. Simple enough. I know tons about metric cruisers and the parts, accessories, and clothing associated with the scene as I was basically a metric cruiser rider for ten of the past twenty five years until last summer. I also created the website he ran for the first eight years of his biz and he still uses the logo I designed in 2001.

Here’s something I whipped up for him today. Check out LOUDCHROME if you give a ****. I’ll try to do for metric cruisers what I’m doing for garage built metric bobbers and choppers. Not much, I know… I won’t be showing boobies or writing the word “f**k” very often over there…. Sh*t. I’ve become a professional blogger.

Which leads me to bikerMetric’s latest new members. First up is chris mogg, who signed to receive a surgically implanted electronic tracking device in his scalp while he “dreams” of alien abduction. Associating yourself publicly here is a sure-fire way to get traced. Chris, if you start itching, scratch until you can pull it out with a needle and tweezers. Then line the insides of your hats and helmets with tin foil.

The next noob is Callahan Company. They signed up privately and I never know when somebody does that but they left a killer comment to this post about Ajito’s BSA bobber. It’s great to have you visiting bM, man. I’ll keep on doing the stuff you dig.

Now for a bike, a babe, and best wishes to all of you this Thursday morn.
